When you log in to Veezi, the most critical data for your operation needs to be right in front of you. Choose the dashboard gadgets that give you the information that matters the most, and arrange them so you can easily spot what you most want to see.
Tip: The dashboard appears when you first log in to Veezi. Click the Veezi logo in the menu bar to return to the dashboard at any time. Then, select a site to control the data you see in the gadgets.
Personalize the dashboard
Go to Settings > Customise Dashboard to select the dashboard gadgets you'd like to see.
- Click Install to add a gadget to your dashboard.
- Click Remove to take the gadget off your dashboard.
Tip: On the dashboard, remove any gadget by going to Gear icon > Remove gadget. Collapse any gadget that you only look at occasionally by clicking the arrow next to the gadget name.
- Click and drag the name of a gadget to rearrange your dashboard.
Note: If the Program gadget is included in your dashboard, it always sits at the top.
Note: Your dashboard setup is specific to you. Anyone else in your operation who logs in to Veezi can do their own dashboard setup.

POS Operators |
Lists up to five of the day's POS sessions with gross sales (box office and concessions), as well as total concession sales. Hide or show cashed-up sessions by going to Gear icon > Settings for this gadget. Click a POS session to see details, or click the Daily Site Summary link to go to the Daily Management page. |
Understand whether POS activity is normal for the day. Follow up with the manager or POS operators as needed to address any unusual trends. |

Top Sellers |
Lists your top-selling concession items. Go to Gear icon > Settings for this gadget to choose whether to see data for today or for the past week. Click the Number sold, Value, and Margin headers to sort the data the gadget evaluates. |
Understand what's selling well and adjust your item pricing accordingly. Click any item to review and edit item details. |

Sales by Screen |
Shows the seats sold and remaining for each session. |
Understand how popular particular sessions are. Follow up by scheduling future sessions on larger or smaller screens, or adding sessions of particularly popular films. |

Spend Per Patron |
Shows spend per patron on each day of the current week compared to last week, with trend lines for averages. Hide or show data by clicking Last Week and This Week. |
Track sales and understand when to consider promotions to boost sales during slow periods. If concession sales are surprisingly slow at peak attendance times, for example, consider whether more staff at the concession counter might reduce lines and wait time, encouraging more patron spending. |

Displays the sessions showing in the next five hours, by screen and color-coded by film. Click any session to go to Programming. |
Review the day's schedule and know when to expect busy or slow times. |

Loyalty Statistics Available only when you're using Loyalty |
Lists the number of current members and recent changes in membership numbers. Summarizes member-related transaction and revenue data. |
Understand member activity. Follow up by adjusting membership pricing or rewards. Alternatively, follow up by planning communications, events, discounts, or promotions to encourage more membership sales or more member spending. |
