Thoughtful design of your POS screens can make transactions in your cinema as fast as possible. Give your staff easy access to the functions they use most at each workstation, and customize the colors, images, and text to make item selection intuitive.

Note: Although you can change the welcome-text color on your customer-facing screen, it's not possible to change the font color, size, or style (to bold, for example) on other screens.

Before you begin

Create concession items and tickets so you can add them to POS screens.

Important! Plan out your item build and plan your POS setup before you start creating items. Review the concessions and other items information for detail.

Create or edit a POS profile

1. Log in to Veezi.
2. Go to Settings > Concession Profiles.
3. Select an existing profile or click Add profile to create a new one.
4. Give your profile a name.
5. Click the icon next to each page number to rename the tab. The new page names appear on POS, so choose a naming convention that will be intuitive to your POS operators.
6. Click a button on the page to configure it.
   • Select an item or package. Any options or modifiers you've set up won't appear in this configuration screen, but they will appear in POS.
   • Select an image for the button that will help POS operators quickly find the item.
   • Select a color for the button.
7. Click Save changes.

Note: When you set up a POS workstation and run the POS Configuration Wizard, you'll select a profile for the workstation. If you need to change the profile at any point, log in to Veezi and go to Settings > Workstations to select a different profile.
