If you're new to Veezi, welcome! We hope you love your Veezi system and that you get more out of it than you ever thought you could.
The information below helps you get to know Veezi. The steps walk you through the process of creating a few basic records so that you can see how the system works and get a sense of what you can do with it.
Before you begin
You'll need a variety of information to set up your system. Collect the following details so you can configure as much as possible when you're ready to get started:
-
Site and screen information
- The name, address, and contact information for your business.
- The name, address, and contact information for each individual site within your business. You'll create a site for each physical location or unique business entity you have.
- A name and number for the screen in each of your auditoriums.
- The number of seats in each of your auditoriums.
-
Film, ticket, and session information
- The films you're currently showing or that you need to schedule.
- The tickets or vouchers you offer, and the price for each admission option.
- Your current session schedule, including all showtimes for all your sites and screens.
-
Concession information
- The concessions you sell, with a price for each item.
Note: You don't need a complete list of films, tickets, or concessions to get started. Choose a few of each so that you can understand how the process of creating relevant records in Veezi works. You can always add more of these records later.
Set up Veezi

Important! Complete these steps in order to ensure your Veezi setup works as expected. If you do happen to miss a step or jump ahead, don't worry—everything will be fine. You'll have the easiest setup experience, though, if you work through the steps in order.
