Before you can add a session to your schedule, you need a record for the film in Veezi. Log in to Veezi and go to Programming > Films to see the films in your system.
- Films are listed alphabetically by title by default, but you can sort the list by clicking a column header.
- Find a specific record by using the search field to look for a film by title or distributor.
- Click Show to see films you've marked Inactive.
- To edit a record, click the film title.

- Select the Enable Per Capita check box to have Veezi calculate the average concession spend per capita for the rental period, and multiply that number by the film's attendance. Your film hire will be the greatest of the fixed percentage, the minimum guarantee, or the per capita amount.
- The Pre-Film Rental Deduction is a specified amount that is subtracted from the amount you pay to the distributor or studio.
- After you add a person, you can select their role. Person and role information appears on your website. It also appears at POS so your staff can help answer customer questions. You can add Distributors or People to the available options if needed.
- Click Save changes.
Note: You can mark a film record Inactive to prevent it from appearing elsewhere in Veezi. You might take this step, for example, when you're setting up a film record for something you won't schedule for a few weeks. You can then activate the record when you want it to appear when you're doing film programming. You can Delete a film record when you're no longer showing the film. Deleting film records that you're done using can help maintain good performance by removing unnecessary data, such as the film's media files, from your system.
