When you've created a multiuse voucher in Vouchers and Gift Cards but can't redeem it for a particular session, there are a few things you can check:
- Have you added vouchers to the applicable price card? If the voucher isn't included on the price card applicable to a particular session, you won't be able to redeem a voucher of that type for a ticket to the session. See the Adding vouchers and gift cards to your Veezi setup topic for detail.
- Is the voucher using limitations that are preventing from appearing where you expect it to? You won't see an option to redeem a voucher in V-Tix if none of the vouchers you've created are applicable due to restrictions on when and how they can be sold.
- Are you using the Vouchers and Gift Cards module? If you've created only basic vouchers, customers can't redeem vouchers online.
