Veezi makes it easy for you communicate film revenues to companies that collect box office information. No more making daily calls or sending daily emails—simply turn on Electronic Box Office Reporting, and you're ready to go.

Note: There's no configuration needed to have Veezi automatically send box office data to an aggregated box office reporting platform or a consolidated distributor reporting feed. All you need to do is turn on Electronic Box Office Reporting. If you also want to share operational information with aggregators or individual distributors, see the scheduled reports topic for details on setting up specific reports and  having Veezi email them automatically. For example, you might schedule the Distributors by Film and Ticket Type report to go to Comscore or to a particular distributor just before midnight to report the day's box office revenue.

Turning on Electronic Box Office Reporting

1. Log in to Veezi.
2. Go to Additional Modules > Electronic Box Office Reporting and click Manage.
3. If you're using Numero, Vista Group's aggregated box office reporting platform, set Numero to Yes.
4. If you're using Maccs and you see a Maccs option, set that to Yes. 
   1. Otherwise, set Consolidated Distributor Feed to Yes. Maccs will be included in this feed.
5. If you're using any other consolidated distributor reporting feed and it doesn't have a dedicated setting, set Consolidated Distributor Feed to Yes.

Turning on the Rentrak Electronic Feed

If you use Comscore (formerly called Rentrak) in addition to, or instead of, other electronic box office reporting options, you'll enable that integration separately.

1. Log in to Veezi.
2. Go to Additional Modules > Rentrak Electronic Feed and click Learn more.
3. Click Enable Rentrak Feed.

Important! After you enable the Comscore integration, Veezi sends reports every hour. When the day is closed, Veezi sends a summary report for the day. If you don't close the day, summary reports are sent at 6:00 am. Verify with all parties involved that your reporting plan will provide the right data at the right time, and contact Veezi support for any assistance you need with box office reporting.
