Vouchers and gift cards help you recognize or reward your guests, and they can help you bring in new or repeat business. Vouchers and Gift Cards makes it easy to:

• Create and redeem vouchers and gift cards with barcode- and pin-secured transactions.
• Sell, track, and manage your voucher and gift card activity and related inventory.
• Offer gift cards online.
• Capitalize on breakage by keeping the revenue from unredeemed purchases.

Note:  Outside of the Vouchers and Gift Cards module, Veezi offers very basic voucher functionality. You can  also integrate Veezi with a third-party voucher or gift card provider.

Tip: Contact Veezi support if you were creating vouchers and gift cards before you started using Veezi. You might be able to import gift card data from your old system, or you might be able to use basic vouchers to honor the vouchers or gift cards that you already issued.

How it works

First, create voucher records that can be redeemed for specified tickets, or gift card records that can be loaded with a set value and redeemed as cash. As you create your records, you can set limits on when and where customers can redeem vouchers and gift cards.

If you'll offer physical cards, you can generate barcodes and provide them to the printer of your choice. You'll then be able to reconcile sold and redeemed stock.

Alternatively, you can keep all your voucher and gift card activity digital with online transactions that generate barcodes and pin numbers for redemption.
