Displaying a non-bookable session on your website

Sometimes you may want to display a session on your website without allowing moviegoers to purchase tickets to it. For example, you may want to build anticipation for a film ahead of opening tickets sales at a certain time on a certain date, or you may be waiting for a distributor to give final approval for a schedule. 

Follow these instructions to do this correctly.

1. In Veezi Back Office, create a new ticket type with all of the Sales via options cleared.
   1. Neither the ticket nor its details will be shown to customers, but name it something to make it obvious that it's part of an empty/advertising price card.
2. Create a new price card, and name it something that makes it obvious that it's an empty/advertising price card.
3. Add the ticket from step 1 to the new price card, and save.
4. Add the new price card to any sessions that you want to appear online without allowing ticket sales.
