Veezi Payments is Veezi’s managed payment solution for accepting card payments across your Veezi sites and modules.
With Veezi Payments, you don’t need to research providers, negotiate contracts, or set up your own gateway. Our team will work with you to assess your cinema’s payment needs and nominate a payment provider. We’ll then negotiate the best rate and configure the payment connector for your Veezi setup.
After setup, depending on the provider you’ll be using, you’ll manage transactions, payouts, refunds, and chargebacks either directly in the provider’s portal or in the Vista Payments portal. (Eventually, all providers will be managed through the Vista Payments portal.) Veezi will continue to manage and support the integration behind the scenes.

Supported integration
Veezi configures and supports the payment connector. This helps avoid unsupported setups and configuration errors.
Requirements
There’s no technical setup required before requesting Veezi Payments.
During setup, you may be asked to:
- Review and sign payment‑related agreements
- Provide business and banking details required by the provider
- Confirm hardware requirements, if applicable
Veezi guides you through these steps if they’re needed.
Getting set up with Veezi Payments
Request Veezi Payments
Contact your Customer Service Manager to get the process started. They’ll:
- Confirm details and next steps
- Get Support to configure your payment connector
- Ensure hardware setup and provider onboarding are coordinated if needed
You don’t need to configure the payment connector yourself.
Enable Veezi Payments
Once Veezi Support confirms the setup is complete:
- Go to Veezi Back Office > Settings > Payment connectors > Veezi Payments.
- Enable the modules and sites you want to use Veezi Payments with.
If you add a new site later, contact Veezi to enable Veezi Payments for that site.
Portal access for management
As part of Veezi Payments, you’re given access to either the payment provider’s portal or the Vista Payments one. The provider and portal used depends on your region.
You use the relevant portal to manage:
- Transactions and settlements
- Payouts
- Refunds
- Chargebacks
