For Stripe payments, POS has previously used a private key. You now need to replace this with an account ID.
On 5 August 2025 at 4pm NZST (other time zones at the bottom), Veezi will release an update to POS that will require you, if you use Stripe, to update your settings. You'll have to complete the below steps on each of your POS devices.
Note: You can only perform these steps after the update is complete. We'll send you a notification to let you know when it's done.
- Exit any running Veezi applications.
- On each POS device, open and run the Veezi POS Configuration Wizard, which you'll find in the Veezi folder on the desktop.
- On step 10 of the Wizard, select Override existing workstation settings and Stripe.
- On step 11, check the Account ID field is pre-populated with your Stripe account ID. If it isn't, contact Veezi to resolve this.
- Complete the Wizard.
- You can now reopen and run Veezi POS.
