Updating POS to support the Sectigo USERTrust SSL certificate that is required by Worldpay

If you have POS machines that process payments through Worldpay, you need to install the Sectigo USERTrust SSL certificate.

Complete these steps by 19 August 2025 to avoid disruptions to your service.

1. On POS, browse to the below URL to download the new certificate.
   1. http://crt.comodoca.com/USERTrustRSACertificationAuthority.crt
   2. Alternatively, you can download the certificate on another PC and transfer it to POS on a USB stick.
2. Double click on the CRT file on POS.
3. Click Open.
4. Click Install Certificate.
5. Select Local Machine.
6. Continue through the prompts by clicking Next.
7. Click Finish.
