Scanning a ticket barcode

1. Make sure you're logged in.
2. Activate your device's camera or press a volume-control button to start UsherPoint's scanning function.

3. Face the camera at the barcode to scan it.

   1. UsherPoint can scan paper tickets or bookings on a phone. Just make sure the guest's phone brightness is turned right up.
   2. You can also, manually enter a booking number.
      
      
      
      
   3. Once the barcode is scanned, the ticket details appear in UsherPoint.
      
      
      
      
4. Direct the guest to the correct screen and seat.

Viewing a show list

In the toolbar at the bottom of the app, you can choose one of three options for viewing show information: an all-sessions view, a grid view, and a transitions view.

All-sessions view

This is an overall view of shows, both currently playing and upcoming.

Grid view

This view matches the Veezi programming view. Upcoming shows are displayed with their associated screen.

Transitions view

This is a list of the movies that will play next, with the times until those sessions.

Show detail

Tap on a show to see its details.

The seat map

The seat map displays the currently allocated/sold seats. This seat data is real time and is continually updated by all sales channels.
