We've released a Loyalty (Classic) update to support Loyalty & Subscriptions when we release that.
A few things we said ahead of the release:
- During the release (see regional times below), Loyalty (Classic) features on V-Tix will be unavailable for an hour or two. Because we've scheduled the releases for off-peak times, this should minimize disruption for your customers.
- You'll need to fully shut down the POS workstation, restart it, and log back in to POS to complete the update process.
- We've made a few changes to the way deleted members are handled:
- If a member's data is deleted, they can now sign up again with the same email address. (Previously, this was prevented.)
- All inactive members will be marked as deleted.
- Deleted member data is anonymized.
