Reinstalling Kiosk

Note: This is a temporary process for the December 2024 "non-urgent security update for Kiosk".

If you're currently using Kiosk, complete the following steps to apply the above update.

Uninstalling Kiosk

1. On the Kiosk workstation, open the Veezi folder on the desktop.
2. Double click Uninstall Veezi.
   1. As long as you're on the Kiosk workstation, this will only uninstall Kiosk.
3. In the popup that appears, click Yes.
4. In the confirmation popup, click Yes.
5. Wait for the process to complete.

Reinstalling Kiosk (with the update)

1. On your Kiosk workstation, open a browser.
   1. You can do this on another computer, but you'll have to transfer the installation file to the Veezi workstation so that you can run it in step 7.
2. Sign in to Veezi.
3. Go to Additional Modules.
4. In the Kiosk section, click Manage.
5. Download the setup file (link at the bottom of the screen).
6. Open the Downloads folder on the workstation.
7. Run the file setupKiosk.exe as an administrator.
   1. The update will be downloaded and installed.
8. When the installation is complete, close the window, and run Kiosk as an administrator.
