Making ticket prices fee-inclusive

Making your ticket prices fee-inclusive allows your customers to see up front the full price of their tickets, including fees. The UK (as of 6 April 2025) and some American states, such as California (as of 1 July 2024), require this.

Note: This setup is focused on online tickets because this is usually the place where booking/convenience fees are applied.

1. Sign in to Veezi.
2. Go to Additional modules > V-Tix > Manage.
3. Set Include Fees in Ticket Prices to Yes.
4. Save changes.

The prices on the ticket-selection page on V-Tix will now include any fees and make this explicit.
