Reaching your customers is critical. When you know what movies a customer is watching and how to contact them, you can let them know what's coming up and encourage them to plan their next cinema visit. Two Veezi features help you collect customer contact information: the Mailing List and Loyalty.
Note: You can collect customer contact information when you book admissions. However, booking details are archived after 90 days. Customers making a booking are not opting into receiving marketing communications, so we strongly recommend that you do not use booking contact details for anything other than communication directly related to the booking. Instead, allow customers to opt in to your mailing list when they buy tickets in V-Tix, and promote your Loyalty program in your cinema to help you collect the detailed activity data you need to optimize your revenue.
