Retaining reliable staff and setting appropriate staffing levels are key parts of keeping your business running smoothly. Time and Attendance can help you track when your staff works so that you have the information you need to approve payroll and adjust schedules.
Note: Visit the Veezi pricing page for details on Veezi's modular pricing structure.
How it works
A manager signs in to Time and Attendance on any browser to start the day. Then, employees sign in to clock in and out of shifts and to record both paid and unpaid breaks. The manager can sign in at any time to review shifts, adjust the schedule, and approve time worked so it can be paid.
We recommend that you dedicate a single device to Time and Attendance. For example, you might have all employees track time on a tablet attached to your concession counter. A manager must sign in on each device an employee will use to track time, so when all employees track time on one device, the manager signs in only once a day.
Note: POS is not designed to allow users to access a browser or other functions of the device on which POS is running. Starting POS doesn't start Time and Attendance, and users must sign in to these applications separately. For these reasons, we don't recommend running Time and Attendance on POS workstations.
Next step: Turn on Time and Attendance
