- In Veezi Back Office, click Support.
You're redirected to the My requests page on the help centre.
- Click Create a support ticket.
- Enter the Subject you're having trouble with.
As you type keywords into the Subject field, the Help Center suggests articles that might be relevant. Take a look to see whether you can resolve your issue without waiting for support. If you find a relevant article but it's missing the detail you need, leave a comment letting us know how we can improve the article. The comment will appear below the article after we've reviewed and approved it.
- Complete the rest of the fields in the form with as much information as you have.
Note: The more detail you can provide, the better and faster we'll be able to respond. Screenshots of an issue or exact error message wording can be particularly helpful.
