A Veezi-Stripe integration can simplify transactions for both your customers and your staff. When you use Stripe as your online payment processor, customers stay on your site and aren't redirected to a separate screen to enter their payment details.

Before you begin

Follow the steps below after you've set up your Stripe merchant account and received the terminals or readers that you'll use to accept payments. Work with Veezi support to get your Veezi account ready for payments. 

When you're ready to complete these steps, sign in to your Stripe Dashboard. You'll need access to your Stripe account information to complete the steps below.

Set up V-Tix and the online gift shop to use Stripe

Set up an online payment connector for Stripe. You'll need the Publishable key and Account ID from your Stripe Dashboard to complete your configuration.

• To find your Publishable key: Search for 'API Keys' on the dashboard, and click the 'publishable key' token to copy the key.
• To find your Account ID: Go to Settings (cog icon, top-right) > Account Details > Business, and click the 'Account ID' token to copy the ID.

Set up POS workstations to use Stripe

Complete the steps below for each POS workstation connected to a Stripe terminal or card reader.

1. Run the POS Configuration Wizard.
2. Edit the details of an existing workstation.
3. Move through the wizard to the Integrated Payment screen.
4. Select the Override existing workstation settings check box.
5. Select the Stripe option.
6. Click Next.
7. Complete the fields in the Payment Connector Setup form.
   • Go to your Stripe Dashboard to find your Account Id (steps in V-Tix section above).
   • Give your Stripe connection a location display name that uniquely identifies the payment terminal. For example, you might use a combination of your cinema's site name and a workstation ID to create a location display name that is easily recognizable.
8. Click Register to send information from from the POS Wizard to Stripe.
9. In your Stripe Dashboard, go to the list of Readers and click the name of your location.
   

   Note: The value you entered in the Location Display Name field in the POS Configuration Wizard appears in the Stripe Dashboard after you click Register in the wizard.

10. In your Stripe Dashboard, add a new reader and give it a registration code and label.
11. In the POS Configuration Wizard, click Register and then click Discover to pull information from Stripe into the POS Wizard.
12. Select the reader you created in Stripe in the Available readers field.
13. Click Register once more to send information from from the POS Wizard to Stripe.
    
14. Click Next to continue through the POS Configuration Wizard. Future payments accepted at this workstation will be processed by Stripe.
