When you log into POS and don't see the items you're expecting, check the following:
- Verify that the correct profile is selected.
- Log in to Veezi.
- Go to Settings > Workstations.
- Select the relevant POS workstation.
- Verify that the correct POS profile appears, or select a different profile if needed.
- Verify that the profile is configured with the items you're looking for.
- Log in to Veezi.
- Go to Settings > Concession Profiles.
- Select the profile used by the POS workstation.
- Verify that the items you're looking for are included.
Note: POS operators can click the magnifying glass icon to search for any item. All the concession items in your system can appear as search results. The search is not limited to the items included in the relevant POS profile.
