You can't resend a voucher email the way you can resend a V-Tix email.
When you go to Management > Transaction Inquiry, you can change or edit the email address associated with a booking. When the booking was made through V-Tix, the Resend option appears. When the booking was made by redeeming a voucher, only the Edit option appears.
You can find voucher details by going to Additional Modules > Vouchers and Gift Cards > Manage > Manage Inventory. If necessary, copy and paste these details into a new email to communicate them to your customer.
