Tip: If you can't find the button you need at POS, click the magnifying glass to search for it.

Sell a voucher or gift card

1. Go to the Concessions tab.
2. Tap the button for the voucher or gift card you're selling.
3. Scan the voucher or gift card, or enter the barcode.
4. Add other items a needed, then tap the Veezi logo to complete the transaction.

Accept a voucher

1. Go to the Tickets tab.
2. Tap VGC Voucher next to the session the customer will attend.
   

   Note: If VCG Voucher doesn't appear on the Tickets tab, tap the session to see additional ticket options.

3. Scan the voucher, or enter the barcode.
4. Enter the voucher PIN and tap Enter.
5. Add other items a needed, then tap the Veezi logo to complete the transaction.

Recharge a voucher

1. Select a voucher recharge option.
2. Scan the voucher, or enter the barcode.
   

   Note: An error message appears if the recharge option you selected is not available for the voucher that you scan. In this scenario, select a different recharge option.

3. Add other items a needed, then tap the Veezi logo to complete the transaction.

Check a voucher balance, status, or history

1. Tap More.
2. Tap Voucher Inquiry.
3. Scan the voucher, or enter the barcode.
4. Review the voucher's details.

Accept a gift card

1. Add items to the order.
2. Tap the Veezi logo.
3. Tap GC Pay.
   

   Important! Don't tap the arrows on the GC Pay button. Instead, scan the card to accept payment and complete the transaction. Tapping the arrows allows you to check the gift card balance.

4. Scan the gift card, or enter the barcode.
5. Enter the gift card's PIN and tap Enter.
   
   
6. Complete the transaction.

Check a gift card balance

1. Tap the Veezi logo.
2. Tap the arrows on the GC Pay button.
3. Scan the gift card, or enter the barcode.

Recharge a gift card

1. Select a gift card recharge option.
2. Scan the gift card, or enter the barcode.
3. If necessary, enter a recharge amount.
4. Add other items a needed, then tap the Veezi logo to complete the transaction.

Important! When you make a mistake adding a balance to a gift card at POS, you can refund the recharge transaction as usual. You must also update the gift card balance in Veezi (Additional Modules > Vouchers and Gift Cards > Manage > Manage inventory).
